A handshake between a romanian and a hungarian at the former princely court

The romanian Prime-Minister, Emil Boc, and the romanian Environment Minister, Laszlo Borbely (hungarian ethnic), have postponded the  historical handshake momentum. The PM have argued that the shakehand will have place when the program regarding the used waters in Dâmboviţa County will be implemented. An opinion poll shows that 41% of the Romanians would vote former Communist leader Nicolae Ceausescu as their president, while half of the people who were interviewed said that he was a good leader.
