The romanian Prime-Minister, Emil Boc, and the romanian Environment Minister, Laszlo Borbely (hungarian ethnic), have postponded the historical handshake momentum. The PM have argued that the shakehand will have place when the program regarding the used waters in Dâmboviţa County will be implemented.
If he agrees with the shakhand in this stage, any coercitive measures or punishments in the case of bad implemantation will be considered illegitimate, the PM added.
